Location just off the train station as well as the old town. For tea or coffee visit Tea & Coffee Khona nearby. Neat room, clean bathroom. Feather pillows, comfortable bed;))

The triple room with a balcony, private entrance, and air conditioning was amazing! It really made us feel like we were on a luxurious vacation. We loved that some units had a terrace and city view. Waking up to the beautiful scenery was a great way to start our day. The fact that the triple room had a kitchen was a game-changer. We were able to cook our own meals and save some money. Having a balcony in the triple room was a great touch. It was nice to have our own little outdoor space to relax and enjoy the view. The twin room with a tea/coffee maker was perfect for us coffee lovers. We could easily make a cup of our favorite beverage whenever we wanted. The twin room with a stovetop was a great feature. We could whip up some quick meals whenever we didn't feel like going out. The twin room with soundproofing was a godsend. We were able to have a peaceful and quiet night's sleep without any disturbances. Even though the rooms had a shared bathroom, it was clean and well-maintained. We had no issues using it during our stay. Having a desk in the rooms was convenient. We could easily catch up on some work or plan our day.
Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom instead of a shared one. But I understand that some people might not mind.

The triple room we stayed in had a balcony and a private entrance, which made us feel like we had our own little oasis. The room also had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot Bukhara summer. We loved that the triple room had a kitchen, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals and save some money. The twin room we saw had a tea/coffee maker, perfect for those who need their caffeine fix in the morning. The twin room also featured soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The shared bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the desk in the room was a convenient addition.
Personally, I would have liked the twin room to have a terrace or balcony like the triple room. But that's just my preference.
